Evidently, the guy had only been in the states for a month and doesn't speak much English. I think it's pretty much a foregone conclusion that there will be lawsuits or some out-of-court settlement. I did like Mike Nutter's comment on the news last night - something like "there's been thousands of minor league games this year, and unfortunately this is the one everyone's talking about". Yeah.
