Wizards Logo…The Best in Minor League Baseball?

Fort Wayne Wizards Logo May Be Best in MiLBCNBC, First in Business Worldwide, Sports Business Reporter, Darren Rovell has unveiled this year’s Minor League Baseball Logo Contest over at his blog.

From Monday, March 10 through Monday, March 31, this blog will be the host to the Second Annual CNBC.com Minor League Logo Awards (though history might show that it was the first democratic one). It’s pretty self-explanatory. I went through tons of logos and picked out the best of the best. In true March Madness spirit (and mixing my sports), I chose the top 64, seeded them and built a bracket.

Among those he has selected is that of the Fort Wayne Wizards. During the next couple weeks these readers of the blog will vote their preference in each round of a single-elimination tournament. On Monday, the opening match ups. To see all 64 teams, click here

There’s some solid competition, with the Wizards earning a #4 seed in the tourney. Let’s show our support of the Wizards and do our part to make it this year’s winner. (Methinks there will be stiff competition from our Lake Elsinore brethren).
